Piggy-Faced-Bread Recipes.

Ingredients for 4 people
1. 0.6 - 0.8 lb of ground pork
2. An egg
3. One tablespoon of Chinese white soya sauce
4. Four Parsley roots
5. Two tablespoon of water
6. 1/8 teaspoon of salt
7. 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
8. Five cloves of garlic
9. Ten slices of white-bread
10. One red chilli
11. Vegetable oil

Method for piggy-faced-bread
1. Beat the egg and mix with ground pork. Blend it with the prepared Chinese white soya sauce, chopped parsley roots, salt and pepper, garlic until they are mixed altogether.
2. Divide a bread into 4 quaters.
3. Put a tablespoon of mixed ingredient prepared in step 1 on top of each cutted bread.
4. Pour the oil into the frying pan use the lowest temperature.
5. Fry the bread until their colour are yellow and pork is cooked and get them out of the pan.
6. Cover the plate with napkins and put the bread on top because they will be oily

Method for salad
1. Blend a cup of vinegar mixed with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of salt.
2. Slice three small of cucumbers, 2 red onions, and 1 red chilli and put them in the salad made in step 1.

How to eat?
Well, I am sure I don't need to tell you about this :P

I am expected to have your guys recipe too :). I am now in Australia for work. Dee is in Thailand but flying to Hongkonk this Sunday. Hope you enjoy working there too.
